Story

My love for cooking actually started when I was just a kid back in Lebanon, where I was born. I've got sweet memories of being a little boy, teaming up with my grandma in her kitchen, working on her famous desserts. Funny enough, even though I was kind of trained to be a jewelry maker, a gig that let me run wild with my creativity, I somehow always found myself drifting back to the kitchen, helping out whoever was cooking.

The Journey

Cooking just had this hold on me, way stronger than my thing for making jewelry. So, after some thinking, I did something pretty awesome—I decided to become a Chef. Yep, you heard that right! I wanted to take folks on these amazing food journeys, and that's exactly what I'm doing now. Life's funny, isn't it?
